Zonta International advocates for women’s human rights and gender equality in all areas of women’s rights. ZI partners with UN agencies like UNFPA, U.S. Fund for UNICEF which financially support projects to empower women and girls. The projects focuses on issues; health, education, equality and human rights, human trafficking etc. At the local club levels the club are functioning at one hundred percent. The club projects focus on women and girls issues.
Zonta Club of Naples service committee is responsible for finding out what the needs are for the community. This committee meets monthly to discuss projects and makes recommendations to the board. The committee is to coordinate those projects approved in which all members are to participate in the activities and events. The service committee can partner with other like-minded organizations that are working on projects that supports the Zonta mission.

Zonta Service Committee presented Little Stones Documentary October, 2017 |Hosted by Hodges University
The director, Sophie Kruz, Meena Singh and attorney Anikita founded the Driftseed non-profit organization. "Seeking to create a, just and prosperous world for women and girls through education, outreach, and the art of documentary storytelling." This documentary follows four women whose lives are dedicated to empowering survivors of gender based violence, and eradicating atrocities of domestic violence, human trafficking and extreme genital mutation. The women depicted in the documentary are therapist, activist, missionaries and entrepreneurs. A raffle was included to obtain donations with some of the proceeds going to support Driftseed.
